      The National Advisory Board (The NAB) is
      “The Official Voice Of The Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association Cardholders”

       The primary purpose of the Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association is to oversee and administer the sport of Mounted Shooting for all CMSA cardholders.

       The CMSA Board of Directors understands for this to be effective, we must establish an easy way to dialogue with CMSA Cardholders throughout the United States. To facilitate this, the CMSA Board of Directors created a National Advisory Board, charged to do the following:

      1. Establish an easy and effective way for every CMSA Cardholder to freely communicate ideas, opinions or complaints on the sport of mounted shooting.
      2. Establish an effective way for all Cardholder input to be seriously heard and considered by all members of the NAB throughout the country, and the CMSA Board of Directors.
      3. Make sure Cardholder input is responded to, or acted upon, by either the NAB, or the CMSA Board of Directors.

       NAB is made up of at least one appointed member in each region of the United States.

       Each NAB Member…

      1. Must be a current and experienced CMSA cardholder.
      2. Must be appointed by the CMSA Board of Directors.
      3. Must be obligated to fulfill these responsibilities;

     * To communicate with each club President in their region, monthly.

    * To know and understand current CMSA Rules.

    * To make sure all sanctioned matches in their region follow CMSA rules.

    * To attend as many CMSA sanctioned matches within their region as possible.

    * To assist the start up efforts of new CMSA clubs within their region.

    * To share their regions news and concerns to the rest of the NAB immediately.

    * To assist club efforts to grow Cowboy Mounted Shooting within their region.

    * To serve their region on the NAB for the appointed term of 1 year.
